Role Summary

Subway India is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented IHM graduates to join our restaurant operations team. The selected candidate will support daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve Subway products as per brand standards.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Assist with billing, cash handling, and inventory management.




Support day-to-day restaurant operations and teamwork.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management (IHM).
Fresher to 6 months of experience in Hospitality, QSR, Food Service, or Restaurant Operations.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
