Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate offers and manage candidate follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Build solid relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of IT technologies and technical recruitment.
Experience in sourcing Java, .NET, Testing, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, or similar profiles.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Boolean search and job portals.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Robust follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate.

Preferred: Experience in IT staffing, recruitment consultancy, or corporate recruitment
