We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Svenska Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in housekeeping management and supervision, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet the needs of guests and staff.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels and timely replenishment.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Train and mentor new team members,



providing guidance on best practices and company policies.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced workplace.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
