Owns competitor sales reports and cross-platform sales reporting.
Revamps formats to be cleaner and more actionable.
Coordinates reporting automation via Power BI with internal teams and recent Tech tools.

3) Planning and Strategy Support
Supports budgeting and revenue planning models.
Helps build store quota/target logic using store size, mix, and revenue expectations.
Supports Omni sales coordination and report compilations

4) Coordination among Ops & Cross functional Team
Tracks and escalates open issues weekly/monthly until closure.
Sets up structured comms via Outlook/WhatsApp to reduce chaos.
Supports training in coordination with Training Team
