Role Overview:We are hiring, on behalf of a premier liberal arts and sciences university, a Deputy Director for its Office of Admissions — a role at the heart of how the institution selects the students who shape its community.

This is not an outreach, marketing, or student-recruitment role.

It's an academic evaluation and decision-making leadership position — reviewing applications, running interview panels, making scholarship and admit calls, and guiding families through some of the most key decisions of their lives.

What you'll doLead academic quality control across application review, shortlisting, and student interviewsOwn due diligence on admissions and scholarship decisionsBe the calm, credible voice for parents and students navigating decisions and retention conversationsElevate the academic rigour and evaluative depth of the wider admissions teamTravel periodically to meet students and families
