Ensure timely and accurate submission of reconciliation reports to the Finance team.
Perform Vinculum-wise reconciliation in SAP/ETP, identify discrepancies related to amounts, discounts, and other variances, and follow up for closure.
Track and monitor marketplace returns to ensure proper accounting, claim and resolution.
Manage debtor accounts by reviewing outstanding amounts and taking necessary actions for recovery and closure.
Identify data gaps and resolve issues through effective internal coordination.
Reconcile Omni portal return data with ETP records, share updates with the Stock team, and ensure issue closure.
Detect discrepancies and ensure timely follow-ups with showrooms for resolution.
Share required return details with the warehouse team for smooth operations.
Drive automation initiatives in sales and return reconciliation processes to improve efficiency.
