Hiring: Freelance Career Counsellor | 1-Month School Project

Beyond Mentor is looking for a passionate and student-focused Freelance Career Counsellor for a 1-month school career counselling project in Sirsa, Haryana.

Key Responsibilities

n

Conduct individual and group career counselling sessions

n

Understand students' interests, strengths, abilities and aspirations

n

Guide students on academic streams and career pathways

n

Conduct career awareness sessions and workshops

n

Administer and explain career assessments

n

Coordinate with teachers and school authorities

n

Maintain counselling records and submit daily/weekly reports

n

Create a qualified, empathetic and student-friendly counselling experience

n

Who We're Looking For

n

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education or a related field preferred

n





1–6 years of relevant experience

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n

Solid listening and counselling abilities

n

Comfortable working directly with school students

n

Able to work independently and manage multiple counselling sessions

n

Available for the complete 1-month engagement

n

Compensation: ₹25,000–₹30,000
