Role: Key Account Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to build and manage strategic relationships with our key customers and drive business growth.

What You’ll Do
Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise/SI (System Integrator) clients
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts
Understand client business needs and identify opportunities for growth
Drive account plans, revenue expansion, and customer engagement
Build robust relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Coordinate with internal sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure customer success
Track account performance, opportunities, and customer requirements

What We’re Looking For
3–8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or a related role




Proven experience in key account management
Robust experience managing top System Integrator (SI) clients
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
Commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth and customer retention
Ability to work collaboratively across sales, delivery, and leadership teams
