Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

/n

/n
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
/n
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
/n
Track progress against commitments and drive timely closure of action items.
/n
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and utilisation.
/n

/n

Stakeholder Management

/n

/n
Serve as the primary point of contact for Bio-Rad project stakeholders.
/n
Facilitate project reviews, governance meetings, and status reporting.
/n
Coordinate communication between offshore, onsite, R&D;, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory teams.
/n
Escalate project risks and issues appropriately and drive resolution.
/n

Risk & Issue Management

/n

/n
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
/n
Manage issue logs, dependency tracking, and change control activities.
/n
Ensure corrective actions are implemented and verified.
/n




Lead decision-making discussions to minimise delivery impact.
/n

/n

Quality & Regulatory Compliance

/n

/n
Ensure project activities comply with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
/n
Support compliance with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, and related standards where applicable.
/n
Ensure documentation and engineering outputs meet Bio-Rad quality expectations.
/n
Participate in quality reviews, audits, and management review meetings.
/n

Engineering Delivery Oversight

/n

/n
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including:
/n
Systems Engineering
/n
Mechanical Engineering
/n
Electrical/PCB Engineering
/n
Software/Firmware Engineering
/n
Verification & Validation
/n
Quality and Regulatory Affairs
/n
Manufacturing Engineering
/n
Monitor engineering deliverables and technical progress.
/n
Ensure alignment with product lifecycle and sustaining engineering objectives.
