Hey, I am Tarruna, Co-founder of Miss Bae. We are changing the way how women discover and buy beauty. You get to work directly with Kapil(my co-founder) and get to build systems from scratch. 4 pre-requisites for this role:
You thrive in Chaos and have a "Let's figure this out" attitude.
Have worked before in operations - either internships or a full time role in a startup. Hint: We are welcoming freshers.
Have a knack to solve problems and build systems.
Is highly adaptable to rapid-changing environment.
