Role Summary

We're looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our front-line sales team and help build our pipeline across international markets. This is a great fit for a fresh graduate or someone with up to two years of experience who wants real, hands-on exposure to global B2B sales — not just theory. You'll be identifying prospects, running outreach campaigns, and getting in front of business owners and decision-makers across Europe and the US from day one.





What You'll Do
Identify and connect with potential clients in European and US markets
Run targeted email outreach campaigns and build outbound pipelines
Prospect through LinkedIn, cold calling, and other digital channels
Set up and attend meetings with international business owners and prospects
Build and nurture early-stage relationships with global leads
Research companies and industries to spot high-potential opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records — contacts, activity notes, chance stages
Work closely with marketing and leadership to align outreach with campaigns and messaging
Follow up consistently through structured nurture and re-engagement cadences
Share market feedback to help sharpen messaging and targeting over time
