About the Role

Hype Developers is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Associate Director – Sales to lead the sales team and drive high-value real estate sales.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in premium/high-ticket real estate sales, proven deal-closing ability, and the leadership skills required to manage and grow a high-performing sales team.

What We Require
Minimum 10+ years of overall Sales experience.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.
Proven experience in closing high-ticket real estate deals.
Must have sold ₹3 Crore+ property in the past.
Proven experience in leading, managing, and mentoring a sales team.
Robust experience in handling HNI/UHNI and premium property buyers.
Strong understanding of the Gurgaon/Gurugram real estate market.
Excellent sales, negotiation, client handling, and deal-closing skills.




Ability to set sales targets and drive the team toward achieving them.
Solid performance management and team motivation skills.
Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue
Drive sales for premium and luxury real estate projects.
Take ownership of team sales targets and revenue numbers.
Handle and close high-value property transactions.
Personally participate in critical negotiations and high-ticket closures.
Build and maintain robust relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.
Manage the complete sales process from qualified lead to site visit, negotiation, booking, and closure.

Team Leadership & Management
Lead, manage, motivate, and mentor the real estate sales team.
Set transparent individual and team sales targets.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Conduct regular team reviews and pe
