Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying target accounts, generating current business leads, engaging decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and creating sales opportunities for our SaaS products and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales/lead generation, preferably within the FMCG/CPG ecosystem, and should understand how to approach businesses and senior stakeholders with technology-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified B2B leads across India and global markets.
Conduct extensive market and account research to identify potential customers.
Build targeted prospect lists across FMCG, CPG, retail, distribution, supply chain, and other relevant industries.
Execute outbound campaigns through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, and other prospecting channels.
Use platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, CRM tools, etc., for lead generation and prospecting.




Understand prospects business challenges and identify opportunities where our SaaS products can add value.
Qualify leads based on business need, decision-making authority, budget, timeline, and fit.
Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations with the sales/business team.
Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM.
Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture potential opportunities.
Work closely with the sales, product, and consulting teams to understand our offerings and develop effective outreach strategies.
Track outreach activities, conversion rates, meetings generated, and pipeline contribution.
Research competitors, market trends, and current opportunities to continuously improve prospecting strategies.
Contribute to building Crazibrain's presence and customer base across India, Middle East, Africa, APAC, and other international markets.
