About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage and expand our business in the Chennai market and surrounding territories. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in bath fittings/sanitaryware sales, excellent market knowledge, and proven expertise in dealer/distributor management, team coordination, market development, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for Chennai and assigned surrounding territories.
Achieve assigned sales, collection, market development, and business growth targets.
Appoint, develop, and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.




Identify current business opportunities and expand the company's distribution network.
Manage and strengthen existing dealer and distributor relationships to ensure consistent business.
Conduct regular market visits to understand market trends, competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and customer requirements.
Develop relationships with plumbers, contractors, architects, builders, and other key influencers.
Plan and execute dealer meets, plumber meets, retailer meets, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Ensure effective brand promotion, product visibility, merchandising, and display across the assigned territory.
Guide and coordinate with Sales Executives/field sales team members to improve market coverage and productivity.
Monitor daily/weekly sales performance and ensure effective territory coverage.
Provide regular sales, market, competitor, collection, and business development reports to management.
