We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international Secure Ride process, where you will assist UK & US customers with their queries and concerns related to ride-hailing services such as Ola/Uber.

Experience: Freshers & 6 Months BPO Experience

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

n

Handle customer queries and concerns related to ride bookings and services.
n
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues.
n
Assist customers with ride-related doubts, cancellations, payments, driver-related concerns, and other service queries.
n
Communicate professionally with UK and US customers.
n
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
n
Follow defined process guidelines and quality standards.
n




Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
n

Freshers are eligible to apply.

Candidates with 6 months or more BPO/customer support experience can also apply.
n
Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
n
Comfortable handling international customers.
n
Basic computer knowledge and positive typing skills.
n
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
