nJob Role:
nWe are looking for a agile and persuasive Sales Specialist – Luxury Pens to join our enthusiastic team. You will play a key role in converting online leads into happy customers, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience.
nKey Responsibilities:

Call and engage with online clients who visitn
Follow up with abandoned carts and convert interest into successful purchasesn
Provide expert guidance on product features, comparisons, and recommendationsn
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase basket valuen
Act as a single point of contact for clients—before, during,



and after purchasen
Share shipment tracking information promptly and accuratelyn
Send Google review links post-delivery and collect customer feedbackn
Update clients on recent product launches and special offersn
Maintain client records and call status using CRM toolsn
Coordinate with the packing and logistics team to ensure timely dispatchesn
Contribute ideas to improve the overall online sales experiencen
Be an energetic, committed member of India’s largest online pen storen

nIdeal Candidate Profile:

Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)n
Confident in client interaction and persuasive sellingn
Knowledge of luxury pens or eagerness to learn about themn
Prior experience in telesales, e-commerce, or customer support is a plusn
Robust follow-up and relationship-building abilitiesn
Proficiency in basic computer operations and CRM
