We are looking for a Commercial Finance Controller to join our Finance team.

What You'll Do
RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Governance, Controls & Spend Management
Establish, enforce, and audit approval matrices, SOPs, and governance frameworks for all commercial spends, trade promotions, and marketing budgets.
Oversee the end-to-end Gross-to-Net (G2N) structure, ensuring accurate accruals, timely trade claim settlements, discount reconciliations, and elimination of revenue leakages.
Act as the finance process owner for commercial ERP modules, Sales Force Automation (SFA), and Trade Spend Management tools to ensure pricing and discount master data integrity.
Procuremnet process and Logistics costs control : end to end process governance
Expiry and damage policy governance
Commercial Business Partnering & RGM Strategy
Partner closely with the Sales, Trade Marketing,



and Marketing leads to drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives—including pricing strategy, price-pack architecture, and promotional discount depth.
Evaluate financial business cases for New Product Developments (NPDs), line extensions, recent channel entry (e.g., Airlines, Institutional, Quick-Commerce), and distributor margin structures.
Multi-Channel Profitability & Decision Support
Deliver granular P&L; analysis across channels (General Trade, Contemporary Trade, E-Commerce, Alternate Channels), customer accounts, and SKU levels.
Develop agile financial dashboards, forward-looking insights, and scenario planning models to advise senior leadership on margin optimization and growth opportunities.
Monitor competitor pricing dynamics, input cost pressures, and trade terms to maintain market competitiveness without compromising company profitability.
