We are looking for a Presales expert who knows CPaaS well and can turn a client's business problem into a transparent, working solution. You will work closely with Sales, Product and Tech teams. You will run RFPs, design custom solutions, demo our platform and present to senior client stakeholders. You will also help us win and grow large enterprise accounts in banking, fintech and ecommerce.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
RFPs and Solutioning
RFPs: Own RFP, RFI and RFQ responses from start to finish, including technical answers, compliance sections and security questionnaires.
Custom solutions: Design omnichannel solutions across SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Voice and chatbots. Map them to client use cases such as OTPs, transaction alerts, onboarding and KYC, collections, renewals, marketing campaigns and customer support.
Solution documents: Prepare solution notes, flow and architecture diagrams, and scope documents. Give Sales the inputs they need for pricing.
Feasibility: Work with Product and Tech teams to check what is possible, scope custom needs and plan integrations.





Demos and Presentations
Platform demos: Run live demos and proofs of concept (PoCs) tailored to each client's industry and use cases.
Pitch material: Build client-facing pitch decks, use-case decks and sample conversation flows for WhatsApp, RCS and chatbots.
Stakeholder meetings: Present with confidence to CXOs and to IT, marketing, digital and compliance teams.

Enterprise Account Support
Sales partnership: Support Sales at every stage of the deal: discovery, requirement gathering, solutioning, negotiation and closure.
Account growth: Find upsell and cross-sell prospects in existing accounts. Support business reviews and delivery performance reviews.
Technical queries: Answer client questions on API integration, delivery reports, speed, delivery rates and fallback across channels.
