Role Overview:

The Instructional Designer will play a key role in designing and developing high-quality, engaging learning experiences for IIT Bombay’s Educational Outreach initiatives.

This role focuses on curriculum design,



storyboarding, and creating interactive e-learning content using tools such as PowerPoint and Articulate 360. You will work closely with faculty and cross-functional teams to translate academic content into structured, learner-centric formats.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with faculty to define learning objectives and design curriculum frameworks for online and blended programs
Create course outlines, lesson plans, and instructional materials aligned with best practices
Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations with advanced animations, transitions, and triggers
Design engaging multimedia content including videos, assessments, and interactive modules
Storyboard lessons and video content using PowerPoint, Word, or Excel
Build e-learning assets using tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline
Conduct quality checks to ensure instructional effectiveness, accuracy, and accessibility
