Role Overview

Pinkvilla - A Flipkart Group Company is seeking an experienced and agile Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, leading sales efforts, strengthening client relationships, and expanding Pinkvilla’s market presence across the South market. This role requires a strong understanding of the media ecosystem, branded content, and advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities




Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation

Own the overall revenue targets for the South region across media and branded content.

Develop and implement a solid sales strategy to maximize market share and achieve quarterly/annual revenue goals.

Identify growth opportunities, unlock current categories, and drive strategic partnerships.

Build, manage, and optimize a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent business acquisition.

Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle—from ideation to pitch, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
Branded Content Sales & Campaign Solutions

Conceptualize, package, and pitch branded content offerings, including video IPs, editorial integrations, social content, influencer-led campaigns, and custom builds.

Collaborate closely with creative, content, and production teams to design innovative, insight-driven proposals.
