We monitor public signals across owner communities, review platforms, and open data sources and publish monthly intelligence reports that help EV OEMs, suppliers, investors, and insurers understand what is happening in the field right now.

We are hiring our Founding BDR to help more organisations in the Indian EV ecosystem discover what we are building. You do not need prior EV or automotive experience. You need sharp communication, genuine curiosity, and the drive to learn quick.

What You Will Do
Generate and qualify leads across outbound channels — LinkedIn, email, and direct calling targeting quality heads, procurement leads, investors, insurers, and charging network operators across the Indian EV ecosystem
Run personalised outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to start real conversations
Make cold calls to follow up on warm LinkedIn responses and convert interest into booked meetings for the founder




Book discovery calls and product demos — your success is measured in qualified meetings booked, not messages sent
Keep the outreach pipeline clean and current in a shared tracker / CRM
Track trends across Indian EV, automotive AI, and market intelligence to sharpen who we target and how we message

Comfort with rejection and persistence on outbound — B2B sales is 80% follow-up and most first messages go unanswered
A growth mindset and high coachability — we will give you the system, the list, and the sample report; your job is to execute and improve
