We are looking for a Director – Strategic Partnerships & Alliances to build and scale a partner ecosystem that expands market access, strengthens our go-to-market capabilities, and creates measurable business growth.

This is not a relationship-management role.

We are looking for someone who can identify the right partners, build executive relationships, create compelling joint propositions and repeatable GTM motions, and convert those relationships into partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, prospects, and revenue.

Based in Hyderabad and reporting to the CMO, you will work closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, Innovation, business and practice teams, and senior executives. You will also engage directly with partner leaders in India and the U.S., with periodic U.S. travel to build executive relationships, advance joint prospects, and host partner-facing engagements and events.

What You Will Own
Define and execute QualiZeal’s partnerships and alliances strategy aligned to company growth priorities.




Identify and develop high-value relationships across hyperscalers, enterprise technology and SaaS platforms, AI ecosystems, consulting organizations, channel partners, and other strategic partners.
Build a focused partner portfolio based on strategic fit, market access, solution adjacency, and revenue potential.
Create repeatable joint GTM motions—including co-selling, referrals, account mapping, joint solutions, campaigns, workshops, events, and industry-specific sales plays.
Work directly with Sales leadership to identify target accounts, whitespace opportunities, and partner-led routes to market.
Build and manage a measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, with transparent visibility into prospect progression, conversion, and revenue impact.
Turn partner relationships into qualified introductions, executive access, joint pursuits, proposals, and closed business.
