About the Role

Pinkvilla is looking for a energetic and growth-driven Social Media Head to lead the overall social media vision, strategy, audience growth, and execution across all platforms. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of entertainment, celebrity, lifestyle, and digital culture trends, along with proven experience in scaling social media communities and driving user acquisition through cutting-edge content strategies.





This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, leadership, platform expertise, content innovation, analytics, and execution management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth
Develop and lead the overall social media strategy for Pinkvilla across platforms including Instagram, X, Snapchat, LinkedIn, reddit, App and emerging platforms.
Build platform-specific growth strategies to increase:
Followers and subscribers
Reach and impressions
Engagement rates
App MAUs
User acquisition and retention
Identify new opportunities, trends, formats, and platform features to drive audience growth and brand visibility.
Create short-term and long-term roadmaps for social media expansion and monetization opportunities.

Execution & Team Management
Oversee end-to-end execution of all social media activities and campaigns.
Lead and manage the social media team including content planners,
