Position Summary

The Sales Manager, India is a full‑cycle enterprise sales role for a technically fluent, market‑savvy professional who thrives on building business from the ground up. Based in Bengaluru or Chennai with flexibility for remote customer engagement, you will own the complete sales lifecycle — from strategic territory planning and cold prospecting to technical solution design, negotiation, and deal closure — across electronics manufacturing (EMS), home appliance, automotive Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, OEMs, ODMs, and system integrators.





This is not a maintenance role. You will be expected to open new accounts, win competitive evaluations, and establish Mech‑Mind as the preferred 3D vision partner in one of India's most energetic industrial zones. High performers will have the chance to shape regional strategy and build a local team as the territory scales.

What You'll Do
Own the Territory: Strategically plan and execute sales activities across India, with primary focus on Southern India, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure to achieve aggressive regional growth targets.
Hunt & Land Key Accounts: Independently prospect, qualify, and close current business with electronics manufacturing leaders, home appliance brands, automotive Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, metal processing leaders, OEMs, ODMs, and automation integrators — with minimal supervision.
