NSEG Private Limited is looking for a confident, detail-oriented, and English-speaking Sales Coordinator to support our Australia-facing sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with Australian customers and prospects through outbound calls.
Understand customer requirements and assist them with appropriate information and solutions.
Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
Maintain regular communication via phone and email to nurture customer relationships.




Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Track leads, follow-up schedules, and sales pipeline activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Prepare and maintain sales-related reports and documentation.
Ensure high standards of customer service and professional communication.
Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
