Role Overview
Howell Protection Systems is looking for a confident, articulate and relationship-driven Business Development qualified to strengthen our client engagement and expand our business across the ELV and integrated security solutions segment.
We particularly welcome candidates from the hospitality industry, where solid communication, presentation, client servicing and relationship-management skills are integral to the role. Prior ELV experience would be advantageous; however, candidates with the right business-development aptitude and willingness to learn technical solutions may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business prospects across Hotels,
Hospitality Groups, Corporates, Developers and Institutional Clients.
Build relationships with key decision-makers, including Hotel Owners, General Managers, Purchase Heads, Project Heads, Consultants and Corporate Management teams.
Represent Howell professionally during client meetings, presentations and networking opportunities.
Understand client requirements and coordinate internally with Pre-Sales, Technical, Projects and Commercial teams to develop appropriate solutions.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy business-development pipeline.
Conduct regular client meetings and follow up on proposals and business opportunities.
Support preparation and presentation of proposals, credentials and commercial discussions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities and follow-ups.
Develop long-term relationships rather than focusing only on transactional sales.
