About the Role

We are looking for a agile and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our presence within the education sector.

The ideal candidate will have robust experience in B2B/B2C business development, institutional sales, relationship management, and lead generation, with a good understanding of the education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities across schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, training organizations, and other education stakeholders.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers, including school/college management, principals, administrators, HR/L&D; teams, and institutional partners.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closure,



and onboarding.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial pitches.
Develop strategic partnerships and alliances with educational institutions and relevant organizations.
Work closely with marketing, operations, product, and academic teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports on leads, conversions, revenue, and business forecasts.
Participate in industry events, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and networking activities to generate business opportunities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Achieve agreed revenue, sales, and partnership targets.
