Role Description The Customer Support Specialist is a full-time, remote role based in Faridabad, working exclusively from 03:30 AM to 11:30 AM IST. This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about policies, coverage options, and claim processes. The specialist will resolve issues, escalate complex cases to appropriate teams, and ensure timely follow-up to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.



Daily tasks include documenting interactions in the CRM system, troubleshooting basic technical or account access problems, and collaborating with underwriters and operations staff to support smooth service delivery. The role also involves identifying common customer concerns and sharing feedback to improve processes, communication, and overall customer experience.
