Role Description The Sales Executive will manage daily sales activities for Mahati Wellness, focusing on promoting wellness services and growing the client base. This full-time, in office role is based in Mumbai and involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, explaining service offerings,



and guiding them through enrollment and membership options. The Sales Executive will conduct follow-ups on leads, respond to inquiries, and maintain solid relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. The role includes coordinating with the wellness and operations teams to create attractive packages, support events and workshops, and ensure an excellent client experience. The Sales Executive will also track sales performance, prepare basic reports, and contribute ideas to improve outreach and community engagement.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and explain services clearly.
Demonstrated sales, negotiation, and closing abilities, preferably in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or service-oriented businesses.
Basic proficiency in using CRM tools or spreadsheets for lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.
