We're seeking a skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team. You'll work closely with our development team to build, implement and maintain high-quality frontend applications.

Role Overview:

Manage all pre and post-onboarding activities.
/n
Create and configure accounts in Google Workspace, Slack, OneLogin, Jira, GitHub, and other SaaS applications - able to understand code and execute
/n
Set up laptops with required applications, VPN, security tools, and configurations.




/n
Handle user mismatch and access-related alerts.
/n
Manage offboarding, including access removal, backups, and licence revocation.
/n
Troubleshoot SSH login issues on laptops, VS Code Remote SSH, claude ,SSH keys/configuration, and gssh-agent.
/n
Maintain accurate user, access, licence, and asset records.
/n
Coordinate with users and internal teams until issues are resolved.
/n

Key Skill Requirements:

Experience in IT operations, system administration, or technical support
/n
Valuable understanding of Linux, SSH, VPN, DNS, and basic networking
/n
Scripting in Bash
/n
Solid communication and ownership
/n
