Role Description This full time remote Business Development Executive role focuses on driving growth for GrowAI Edtech’s AI training and consulting offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and conducting outreach via calls, emails, and online meetings. The role involves managing prospective and existing client accounts, understanding their learning and consulting needs, and presenting tailored solutions.



The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings, contribute to sales strategies, maintain accurate CRM records, and prepare regular performance reports. Building long-term client relationships and representing GrowAI Edtech in a skilled manner across digital channels will be central to this position.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to identify, nurture, and close opportunities.
Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs, handle pipelines, and maintain ongoing client relationships.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Relevant experience in edtech, training, or technology services sales is beneficial, especially in AI or related domains.
