Role & Responsibilities
Create social media posts, reels, brochures, hoardings, standees and other marketing creatives.
Manage social media content and monthly content calendars.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities.
Coordinate with agencies, vendors, photographers and internal teams.
Handle project branding and overall marketing requirements.
Conduct competitor research and follow current marketing trends.
Prepare basic marketing reports and presentations.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva/CorelDRAW.
Positive understanding of social media, branding and digital marketing.
Creative, organised and detail-oriented.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Real-estate experience preferred.
