Role Description

This is a full time, in office position located in Bengaluru. As the Senior Manager - Digital, you will lead the planning and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. You will oversee content creation, manage social media platforms, analyze key metrics, and optimize performance. Collaboration with creative and marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall brand messaging will be a vital part of your role.



Developing creative campaigns to connect with target audiences and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends will be central to your day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
Lead content planning, creative ideation, and campaign execution across emerging platforms.
Manage and mentor the junior social media team.
Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness through innovative content and platform-specific strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, performance marketing, PR, and business teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Own the social media content calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Oversee influencer marketing initiatives, including creator identification, partnerships, and performance tracking.
