Experience: 6 - 9 Yrs

Must Have Skills:

n

Experience in vulnerability management, cybersecurity operations, IT asset management, or a related technical field.
n
Hands-on experience with Qualys vulnerability scanning and Qualys Cloud Agent functionality.
n
Experience executing vulnerability scans and reviewing scan results.
n
Experience creating and managing IT change requests.
n
Knowledge of asset discovery, inventory reconciliation, and agent deployment processes.
n
Experience analysing asset coverage gaps across multiple technology platforms.
n
Familiarity with server and desktop operating environments.
n
Ability to prepare transparent operational reports and communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders.
n
Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n

Positive to Have Skills:

Experience with Tanium, Candor, ServiceNow, or similar asset management and IT service management platforms.
n
Experience supporting monthly vulnerability scanning and asset true-up processes.
n
Knowledge of vulnerability management lifecycle activities, including identification, validation, remediation, and reporting.
n
Experience troubleshooting endpoint agent installation and provisioning issues.
n
Familiarity with asset naming conventions, inventory data quality, and configuration management processes.
n
Understanding of vulnerability concepts such as CVE and CVSS.
n
Experience working with server infrastructure, desktop environments, and endpoint management teams.
n
Ability to translate complex data into actionable remediation recommendations.
n
Experience working in global, cross-functional cybersecurity teams.
