Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced BIM Architect to join our India-based team, supporting the design and delivery of commercial workplace projects across Dubai and the wider Middle East region.
The ideal candidate will have solid workplace design and technical delivery experience, with a good understanding of interior construction practices in the Middle East. The role requires the ability to develop design intent into coordinated, buildable solutions and work effectively with project teams,



consultants and vendors across locations.

Key Responsibilities
Design Development & Technical Delivery
Develop workplace projects from concept and design development through technical documentation.
Translate design intent into coordinated, practical and buildable interior solutions.
Prepare and review plans, elevations, sections, details and other project documentation.
Apply knowledge of materials, interior construction systems and detailing to design development.
Maintain design quality and consistency throughout different stages of project delivery.

Project & Consultant Coordination
Coordinate interior design with architecture, MEPF, lighting, AV/IT and other specialist disciplines.
Work closely with project teams, consultants and vendors to resolve design and technical requirements.
Review consultant and vendor information for alignment with design intent and project requirements.
