Your role as a Business Development Manager is to proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients — primarily multinational companies with a significant presence of foreign nationals/ expatriates, or also called as international assignees in India.

The role focuses on outbound “hunting” for business prospects by directly approaching MNCs, building relationships with HR, Admin, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, and Expats & Assignments teams, and effectively presenting Taj Relocations’ specialized services to solve their relocation and settlement challenges.

This is a field-oriented, target-driven role requiring robust networking,



cold outreach, in-person meetings, and the ability to close deals.

Proactively hunt for and target multinational companies (MNCs) operating in India that employ foreigners, expats, or international assignees (e.g., IT/ITES, manufacturing, automotive, pharma, consulting, finance sectors).

Conduct extensive market research to identify MNCs with high expat populations, upcoming expansions, or relocation needs in Bangalore

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, attending industry events, and leveraging referrals/networks.

Schedule and conduct in-person/virtual meetings with decision-makers (HR Heads, Global Mobility Managers, Talent Mobility Leads, Expat Program Coordinators) to understand their pain points and relocation requirements.
