About the Role

The Site Security Lead is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all physical security operations at the manufacturing facility to ensure protection of personnel, assets, information, infrastructure, and business operations. The role is accountable for site access control, material movement security, emergency response, incident investigation, security systems management, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and continuous improvement of security processes. The incumbent will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, EHS, HR, Supply Chain, and Administration teams to maintain a secure, compliant, and audit-ready workplace.

Responsibilities
Lead all physical security operations across the site on a 24x7 basis and implement security procedures, site instructions, and control measures.
Ensure effective deployment of security personnel across critical and sensitive areas and conduct regular security inspections, patrols, and vulnerability assessments.
Establish preventive measures against theft, pilferage, vandalism, sabotage,



and unauthorized access and ensure compliance with site access control procedures for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
Oversee management of ID cards compliance, entry level access permissions, visitor passes, and temporary access authorizations and ensure effective frisking, screening, and monitoring procedures are implemented as per site policy.
Monitor compliance with restricted-area access requirements and ensure secure inward and outward movement of materials, finished goods, scrap, tools, assets, and equipment. Working in SEZ Monitor gate operations and verify compliance with material movement procedures.
Ensure all security-related material transactions are properly documented and recorded and prevent unauthorized movement of company assets and confidential materials.
