NWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The role requires managing day-to-day accounting operations, handling reconciliations, statutory compliance, reporting, asset accounting, receivables follow-ups, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate should be capable of multitasking across finance domains and ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance.

Coordinated with marketing team on daily collection and reporting. N
Appropriation based on internal inputs. N
Monthly Bank Reconciliation (across 9 bank accounts). N
Clearing of sweep entries, reconciliation N
Manage performance BankGuarantee (BG) and coordinate with business and bank N

nReceivables & Payments

Customer code creation and validation on govt. portals. N
Vendor to Customer Transfers and account clearing. N
Intercompany recharges,accounting and balance confirmation N
Customer Refunds processing, Tax & Statutory Payments. N

nAsset & Insurance Management

Asset management in SAP system N
Insurance coverage reviews (monthly/yearly), endorsements, and claims. N

nReporting & Reconciliation

Preparation of Aging Summary, Monthly PMS, and BG Status Reports. N
Quarterly Audit Schedules, ICFR & RACM Inputs. N
