nWe're Hiring: Real Estate Sales Specialists (Freshers Welcome)
nJoin our growing team to drive property sales by identifying potential clients, showcasing properties, and closing deals across our North Bangalore and Whitefield projects.
nKey Responsibilities:
nClient Engagement: Identify and reach out to potential buyers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
nProperty Showcasing: Arrange and conduct property viewings, open houses, site visits, and project presentations for clients.
nMarket Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, inventory, and competitor activity to provide accurate guidance to clients.
nNegotiation and Closures: Manage negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial terms and successfully close deals.
nDocumentation and Compliance: Support clients with documentation, agreements, and regulatory requirements, ensuring legal compliance throughout the transaction.
nCRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



site visits, and client interactions in the CRM system.
nInternal Coordination: Work closely with internal sales teams, legal advisors, and financial institutions to ensure smooth transaction execution.
nReporting: Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights with management.

Executive level: Freshers are welcome to apply; we are looking for candidates with a solid willingness to learn and grow in real estate sales.n
Positive attitude, discipline, and commitment to building a long-term career in salesn
Comfortable with a 6-day work week (weekly off on a weekday; weekends are working)n
Ready to travel to project sites across Bangalore as part of the rolen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsn
Ability to handle clients professionally and work in a target-driven settingn
