About the Role

ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud Functional Consultant with deep expertise in US, India, and GCC (KSA/UAE) payroll legislation and Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of end-to-end payroll solutions across multi-country implementations, ensuring statutory compliance and seamless integration with HR and Finance modules.



Mandatory hands-on experience with KSA and UAE payroll legislation — including Wage Protection System (WPS), GOSI, Mudad, and end-of-service perk calculations — is required, in addition to US and India payroll expertise.

Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations — from requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis through to go-live and post-production support across US, India, KSA, and UAE legislative environments
Configure payroll elements, earnings, deductions, element classifications, and balance feeds for US (federal, state, local), India (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, LTA), and KSA/UAE (GOSI, end-of-service gratuity, WPS-compliant salary elements) legislations
Design and configure payroll costing rules, cost allocation flexfields, and GL transfer setups to meet Finance reconciliation requirements
Set up US-specific compliance: W-4, W-2, ACA 1095-C, FLSA, multi-state taxatio
