Role: Client Relations Executive (CRM & Sales Support)
V&N; Luxury is a private destination for exceptional collecting, bringing together rare and
highly sought-after objects across Up-to-date Indian Art, pre-owned hyper-luxury watches,
hypercars, Hermès bags, and heritage and vintage chandeliers. The business is built around
rarity, provenance, authenticity, craftsmanship, discretion, and enduring desirability.
We are looking for a agile, articulate, and people-oriented individual to support client
engagement, CRM, sales processes, and the day-to-day coordination required to deliver a
thoughtful luxury experience.
Role Overview
This is a client-facing role supporting conversations, relationships, and sales processes across
V&N; Luxury. You will work closely with the founders and senior team members to ensure
that every client interaction is organised, responsive, discreet, and personalised.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in engaging with existing, referred, and prospective clients




• Maintain and update CRM systems with client preferences, interests, interactions, and
follow-ups
• Support the sales journey — from initial conversations and enquiries through
viewings, follow-ups, and transaction coordination
• Coordinate appointments, private viewings, product information, quotations,
documentation, and client communication
• Assist with inventory tracking and coordination across watches, automobiles, bags,
art, and other collectible categories
• Maintain accurate records of client requirements, leads, enquiries, and pending
actions
• Support senior team members with client presentations, research, product information,
and sales materials
• Build familiarity with luxury products, provenance, pricing, and the nuances of each
category
• Ensure timely and polished follow-up with clients and maintain a high standard of
responsiveness
