Role Overview:
We're looking for a results-driven Business Development skilled to drive recent client acquisition and account growth for our EAP and wellness offerings across corporate India. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to responding to RFPs and closing enterprise deals — with a strong focus on HR and CXO-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for EAP and wellness services among mid-size to large enterprises, PSUs, and banking/financial-sector organizations
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline; consistently meet or exceed revenue and new-logo targets
Lead client pitches and presentations to HR heads, CHROs, and senior leadership, articulating the business case for employee mental health and wellness investment
Build and maintain robust relationships with HR,



L&D;, and Total Rewards stakeholders for long-term account growth and renewals
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to shape sales strategy and messaging
Collaborate with clinical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction post-sale
Maintain accurate sales reporting and CRM hygiene

Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically selling EAP, corporate wellness.
Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Experience responding to formal RFPs/tenders, especially with PSU or banking-sector clients, is a strong plus
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build credible relationships with senior HR and business leaders
Self-starter, comfortable with target-driven, individual-contributor and/or team-lead responsib
