About the Role
Our client, a well-known company in the Molecular Diagnostics & Genomics domain, is looking for experienced and technically robust Technical Sales Managers to drive business development and technical sales activities across West, South and North India.
The role requires robust technical expertise, consultative selling, key account management, customer engagement and distributor/channel development for the company's Molecular Diagnostics and IVD portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Drive sales of RT-PCR kits, extraction kits, POC solutions, NGS solutions/clinical assays and other IVD products.
Identify and develop current business opportunities and expand the customer base.




Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, diagnostic chains/laboratories, reference labs, research institutions, government organizations and distributors.
Develop and manage distributors and channel partners across the assigned region.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops and customer training.
Understand customer requirements and laboratory workflows and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
Provide technical support related to product applications, workflow, testing methodology, troubleshooting, evaluation and implementation.
Coordinate with Applications/Technical Support, Product Management and Regulatory teams to resolve customer queries.
Generate leads through customer visits, conferences, exhibitions, seminars and industry networking.
Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and participate in negotiations.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing
