About the role:
The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of property management operations, affordable housing programs, and Yardi Voyager administration. This individual will collaborate across departments to streamline business processes, improve reporting capabilities,



and ensure users maximize the value of our technology investments.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Yardi Voyager, including user access, security, workflows, configurations, and system updates.
Provide primary Yardi support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Yardi Support when needed.
Develop training materials, documentation, and SOPs; provide user onboarding and training.
Partner with Accounting, Property Management, Compliance, and Leadership to improve workflows, automation, and system efficiency.
Develop and maintain operational and financial reports and support dashboards and performance metrics.
Support affordable housing programs including LIHTC, Section 8, HUD, PRA, and related compliance reporting.
Coordinate Yardi integrations, data imports/exports, system conversions, implementations, and technology projects.
