Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to support and accelerate the growth of our security services business across Mumbai.
The candidate should have a solid background in business development, corporate sales, or client acquisition, preferably within the private security or allied services industry, and should be comfortable travelling extensively across Mumbai for lead generation, client meetings, site visits, follow-ups, and business closures.
The role requires a skilled who can independently identify opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and contribute directly to recent business acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Mumbai and surrounding markets.
Generate qualified leads through market visits,



networking, referrals, cold outreach, industry contacts, and corporate prospecting.
Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, presentations, and commercial discussions.
Develop relationships with Administration Heads, Facility Managers, Security Heads, Procurement Teams, Business Owners, and other key decision-makers.
Understand client security requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable service proposals.
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the complete sales cycle.
Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalisation.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of active prospects and upcoming opportunities.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
