As the organisation enters its next phase of growth, we are seeking an exceptional Director Projects to build and lead a best-in-class Project Organisation capable of consistently delivering complex renewable energy projects and M&A; transactions safely, efficiently and predictably.

Position Purpose
The Director Projects is accountable for the successful M&A;, development and delivery of Blueleaf Energy's renewable energy projects across India, from Investment Committee (IC)



approval through Commercial Operation Date (COD) and final handover to Asset Management.
The role partners closely with the Investment and Business Development teams during project origination and M&A; by providing technical, development and execution expertise to support project evaluation and investment decisions.
Following project acquisition or development budget approval by the investment committee the Director Projects assumes full responsibility for all project development and construction activities, including land acquisition, statutory approvals, permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and project close-out.
The role is expected to expand and evolve scalable organisational capability, robust governance frameworks, project management systems and execution excellence to drive Blueleaf Energy's long-term growth.
