Rajbagh- A Holistic Wellness Retreat, Udaipur, is looking for a Wellness Chef to join the team on an urgent basis.

We are looking for someone who understands that wellness food is not just about taste, but about nutrition, ingredients, therapeutic requirements, presentation, and consistency.

About the Role

n

The Wellness Chef will be responsible for preparing healthy, sattvik, nutritious, and customized meals aligned with the wellness programs and dietary requirements prescribed by the medical and nutrition teams.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Prepare nutritious, sattvik, and wellness-focused meals
n
Follow diet plans and meal guidelines prescribed by doctors/nutritionists
n
Work with millets, gluten-free ingredients, dairy-free alternatives, seasonal produce, and wholesome natural ingredients
n
Prepare meals suitable for different health and wellness requirements
n
Maintain consistency in taste, nutrition, portioning, hygiene, and presentation
n
Ensure strict adherence to food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
n
Develop healthy and creative recipes while maintaining therapeutic dietary principles
n
Coordinate with the medical, nutrition,



and operations teams regarding guest dietary requirements
n
Manage kitchen processes, ingredients, wastage, and food quality
n
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, discipline, and qualified kitchen practices
n

Candidate Profile

n

n
Previous experience as a Wellness Chef / Health Chef / Nutrition-focused Chef preferred
n
Experience in wellness retreats, hospitals, healthcare, luxury hospitality, or similar environments will be an advantage
n
Positive understanding of healthy cooking, sattvik cuisine, therapeutic diets, and nutrition-focused food preparation
n
Knowledge of gluten-free, dairy-free, millet-based, low-sugar, and other specialized diets
n
Creative approach to healthy and appealing food presentation
n
Solid hygiene and food-safety awareness
n
Ability to work closely with doctors and nutrition professionals
n
Good communication and teamwork skills
n
Willing to work at the Rajbagh campus
n
