Operational & Resource Management: Monitor supply inventory, ensure clinic equipment is maintained, and optimize daily appointment scheduling.
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: Enforce compliance with health laws, safety protocols, HIPAA, and institutional policies. Lead audit readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
Interdepartmental Liaison: Serve as the primary point of communication between physicians, allied health specialists, insurance teams, and external healthcare providers.
Patient Advocacy: Address patient complaints, resolve service bottlenecks, and provide education regarding treatment procedures.
