Position: Sales Executive – Chemical Imports, Indenting & Trading

/n

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

/n

We are an established international trading company headquartered in Singapore, with offices in India, dealing in petrochemicals, solvents, and speciality intermediates.

/n

We are seeking a motivated sales qualified with hands on experience in CHEMICAL INDENTING AND CHEMICAL TRADING, particularly in the Mumbai market.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Develop sales opportunities for imported chemicals through indenting and trading.
/n
Manage existing customers and build relationships with chemical manufacturers, distributors, and end users.
/n
Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up to close orders.
/n
Coordinate with customers, and internal operation teams to support timely order execution.
/n
Track market prices, customer requirements, and competitor activity.
/n
Follow up on payments and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM.
/n

Requirements

/n

/n
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in chemical indenting and/or chemical trading in the Mumbai market.
/n
Direct experience selling petrochemicals, solvents, or speciality intermediates.
/n
Sound understanding of indenting transactions, import procedures, pricing, payment terms, and trade documentation.
/n
An established network of chemical buyers and industry contacts in Mumbai will be an advantage.
/n
Robust negotiation, customer relationship management, and business development skills.
/n
Positive verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
/n
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
/n
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a team.
/n
Diploma or higher qualification in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or Marketing.
/n
