Job Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities and leads through IndiaMART and other online platforms.
Handle and respond to customer inquiries received through IndiaMART.
Identify potential customers and convert leads into business prospects.
Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/sales team for suitable crane solutions.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until order closure.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
